What are your shipping rates?
We have 3 shipping options:
Free Shipping on orders $25+
Flat Rate (USPS or UPS): $6.00
USPS Priority: $10.00
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We ship from our warehouse in Southern California. If you request us to ship ASAP, please make a note on your order or send us a message with your name and order number here.
The delivery date of your order depends on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. USPS Priority packages arrive 1-3 business days after we ship from our warehouse. Orders that are shipping with free shipping or flat rate typically are delivered 3-7 business days after shipping.
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us here.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally for retail orders, but we do work with several retailers around the world. If you’d like more information on where to purchase Girl Nation products in your country, please reach out to us here.
What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us with your order number for return approval and instructions. You may return some or part of your order within 30 days of the date of purchase for store credit, excluding the original shipping and return fees. All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging for a store credit to be issued.
In the rare event that your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly ship a replacement.
Do you sell wholesale?

Are your products safety tested? Is there nickel, lead or cadmium in your jewelry?
We choose to use high quality metals and materials to ensure our jewelry is safe for your precious little ones. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic as well as free from nickel, lead and cadmium. We regularly have our products tested at a 3rd party laboratory to ensure they meet or exceed the safety requirements of ASTM F 2923-20 (Standard Specification for Consumer Product Safety for Children’s Jewelry.)
How is my jewelry packaged?
Our earrings arrive housed in adorable Girl Nation Jewelry Gift Boxes. Bracelets arrive in pink Girl Nation pouches.
My order is a gift? Do you have a gift wrapping option?
We have an option for earrings to arrive in a mini gift bag to make gifting fun and easy. The mini purse offers a unique and special touch. Simply select the “gift wrapping” option for each item you’d like to arrive in a mini purse. The cost for this option is $4.00 for each purse purchased.
